The Endo-Aptos Threadlift Facelift Technique

Topical anesthetic (novocaine) is applied in the hairline above the ear and in the cheek. A one inch incision is created in the hairline above the ear. A hollow needle is inserted and directed into the areas where the skin is sagging (note: this step is not included when using the Contour Thread). The Threadlift suture is inserted through the needle into the tissue and the needle is removed. The Threadlift suture is engaged and locked into place. The tissue is lifted and the suture is knoted and secured under the hairline. Excess suture is trimmed and the incision is closed.
